For breakfast interns are forced to fend for themselves, but I’ve already rummaged around the area for some cheap starters.
Inside the hotel’s computer room hides a fresh coffee station from 7 AM till 3 PM every weekday. Although the joe was lukewarm and a little watered down it was completely complimentary, a term any college intern can appreciate. Yesterday I stopped into the CVS around the corner from the Hilton to pick up a box of Quaker granola bars which are not only satisfying, but work well as an on-the-go snack. I’ll be on the lookout for more money saving tips and will be sure to post my findings.
